As part of a larger effort to achieve its mission to “Better Educate the World”, the Student Loan Network, an Edvisors Company, has committed to give away more than $75,000 in scholarships and awards in 2009. In 2008, the Student Loan Network celebrated its 10th anniversary by awarding a $10,000 scholarship to one lucky student (Laura a sophomore at Hartwick College). The program received more than 20,000 applications. Due to overwhelming demand, the program was expanded and is now awarding $10,000 scholarships every six months.
